Sample draft — this article is a template awaiting personal examples and editorial review.

A long feature list can feel like progress while leaving the most important uncertainty untouched. A smaller experiment can be more useful if it answers a question that changes what you do next.

Name the assumption

Write down what needs to be true for the idea to work. Make it specific enough that you could recognize evidence for or against it.

Choose the simplest honest test

Show a prototype, observe an existing workflow, or invite someone to try a focused first version. Decide in advance what you want to learn, then record what actually happened.

Make this yours: share an experiment, what it revealed, and the decision you made afterward.

Have a perspective to share or an idea to explore?
